Traveling as Couple

The shuttle did not arrive for over 20 minutes. A shuttle from the Ramada took me there. This is a 4 star hotel and should not have that kind of poor service.

Family with Young Children
While the hotel was nice, I would have much rather stayed in a lower star-rated hotel that offered better amenities. They over charged for everything--from bottled water in the room to internet to parking to breakfast. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The hotel room was very clean, and the king size bed so comfortable. View from room of outdoor fountain was great. Friendly outdoor staff member helped us with directions to downtown St. Louis.
